G-Cans

Yes, Moria is real. And it’s in Japan, of course.

G-Cans is a massive underground system intended to collect water in the greater Tokyo area in order to prevent floods. The G-Cans project works started in 1992; it consists of 5 concrete containment silos with a height of 65 m and a diameter of 32 m, connected by 6.4 km of tunnels, 50 m beneath the surface.
